Grace F. Hallbauer

	 Grace F. Hallbauer, age 101, formerly of the Cutler area, died in the Perry Manor Nursing Home in Pinckneyville on Tuesday, February 1, 2000 at 8:15 p.m.
	Grace was born on June 22, 1898 in Perry County, the daughter of William and Eurydica J.A. (Kimzey) Bigham.  She married Erle Hallbauer on February 14, 1922 at the First Baptist Parsonage in Pinckneyville and he preceded her in death on April 30, 1974.  She was a member of the Denmark Baptist Church and enjoyed quilting and gardening.
	Survivors include three daughters, Helen Smith and husband Mervin of Pinckneyville, Jean Campbell and husband Russell of Cutler and Fern Shannon and husband Claude of Murphysboro; 10 grandchildren, Bill Smith, Bob Smith, Jim Smith, Kathryn Kuhnert, Nyra Conant, Keith Campbell, Dwayne Campbell, Claudia Kinder, Don Shannon and Carol Brown; 18 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, five brothers and three sisters.
	Funeral services were held at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home in Pinckneyville on Saturday, February 5, 2000 at 11 a.m. with Rev. James Bush officiating.  Interment was in the Cottom Cemetery in Denmark.
	Visitation was held at the funeral home on Friday, February 4 from 5 until 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. until services.
